Self-assembly of Crosslinked Polyimides Templated by Block Copolymers for Fabrication of Porous Films

Crosslinked porous polyimide films were fabricated by a soft-template method using the microphase-separated structure based on template block copolymer. A trifunctional amine, 1,3,5-tris(4-aminophenyl)benzene (TAPB), was used as crosslinkable monomer of poly(amic acid) (PAA) to achieve well-ordered and flexible films. The crosslinking TAPB improved thermal stability nanostructures PAA/polystyrene-b-poly(2-vinyl pyridine) composite without reduction ratio polyimide. film successfully treatment PAA that has lamella structures disordered with approximately 50 nm gaps nanostructure before treatment.
